Morning Announcements for Tuesday, April 1st

Happy Birthday Landon Palmer


The Lady Chargers picked up 2 wins Saturday over Firelands.  Game one Peyton Taylor was 4-4 with 3 rbi.  Adison Wechter added 2 hits and 3 rbi.  Abby Cloud threw a 1 hit shutout to get the win. Game 2 Peyton Bissell collected 2 hits and 3 rbi and Lariah McMinn started her first varsity game and got the win going 6 innings striking out 2 and giving up 4 earned runs.  


The LADY CHARGERS run their record to 4-2 with a 7-0 win over Tiffin Columbian.  Abby Cloud went the distance, throwing a no hitter and striking out 8.   The offense was led by Peyton Taylor and Lariah McMinn, each with 3 hits. Stella Brown added a home run and 2 RBI, and Natalie Desautels chipped in with 2 hits.  Great team win!!!!


The tennis team lost their season opener to Norwalk on Monday 1-4. Winning at no. 1 singles was Aden Colbert 6-2,6-4. The team travels to Vermilion on Tuesday. 


Attention juniors and seniors: If you plan to bring a guest from another school to prom on May 3rd, you will need to fill out a guest form prior to buying a ticket. You may pick up a form outside the main office or from Mrs. Liz Davis in room 606. Prom tickets will go on sale April 23rd. 


Interact Club has set up volunteer opportunities with Back to the Wild, in Castalia, OH. We will be volunteering May 3rd and 4th. Anyone, whether you are a part of Interact club or not, who would like to participate can sign up by scanning the QR code posted on the flyer located on the Interact Club bulletin board. If you have any questions, contact Ezri Rutger or Mrs. Roan.
