Our wrestling team competed in the Silver Buck invitational at Medina Buckeye and 7 individuals placed in the top 4.
They were:
1st place - Cohen Dawson and Bentley Illuzzi
2nd place - Colton Snyder and Brayden Barker
3rd place - Jeff Collinsworth
4th place - Granstyn Yamanouchi and Will Casselberry
The 7th grade Lady Chargers lost to Clyde 21-33.
Last night, the 8th grade girls fell to Clyde 34-15. Kailyn Dickman led with 5. Kira Quillen put up 3- while Megan Thompson, Natalie Schock, and Evelyn Hill all had 2 points each.
8th grade boys fought hard all the way to the end of the game, losing to Clyde 51-39. Leading in scoring for the chargers was Mason Leber with 12, Owen Thurston, Colton Story, and Carson Eckel all had 7, Talon Wechter had 4, Ben Rosekelley had 2.
The 7th grade boys team lost at Clyde. Mason Robinson, Max Johnson, and Bentley Allison each scored 2 points for the Chargers.
