April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month. As you pass by the high school, you'll notice a damaged car displayed prominently. This car is part of a Team Leadership project aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of distracted driving. For the next two weeks, it will serve as a powerful reminder to both students and the public to stay focused while driving. Please remember to practice safe driving habits and avoid distractions, such as using your phone. Ultimately, it's your life and your choice—drive safely.

Prom tickets will be sold on Wednesday, April 23rd, through Friday, May 2nd, during lunches or before and after school in the main office. Tickets are $40.00. If you need a guest form, they are located outside the main office.

Attention all Juniors and Seniors, this year we will be doing a hallway war competition leading up to the week of prom. We ask that all upperclassmen join us on Sunday, April 27th, from 4-6 pm to decorate your grades designated hallway. Seniors will have the 300 hallway and Juniors will have the 400. The theme for the hallways is Hollywood, but be as creative as you want. All throughout this week, we ask that students bring in the decorations they want to use for their hallway (there will be very little provided by the class officers so if nothing is brought in, your grade will have no decorations). Seniors, all decorating items can be kept in Mr. Neher’s room, and juniors, bring all items to Mrs. E Davis’s room if you have any questions, please contact any of the junior or senior class officers. We hope to see you all there on Sunday.

EHS is hosting a clothes drive for students and staff the week of the 28th-May 2nd. Bring the clothes to your homeroom and place them in the designated bins. If you do not have a homeroom, you can put your items in the bin in the office. The homeroom that has the most clothes donated by Friday, the 2nd, will receive donuts in the morning on the following Monday. If you have any questions, please contact Ezri Rutger or Becca Houser.

Attention juniors and seniors, there is an opportunity to attend a career showcase at Kalahari to explore potential job opportunities for summer and beyond.  This field trip is on May 12, and permission slips were sent to your email by Mrs. Bohne.  Please get these turned in as soon as possible so we can plan for this trip.
