Morning Announcement for Monday, November 12

Today’s Trivia Question: What do you get when you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter?  

The lunch menu for today is chicken patty sandwich or chef’s choice sandwich or salad bar, sweet potato tots, fresh veggies with hummus, assorted fruit, and milk.   

The Edison Middle School Parents Club is having their monthly meeting this Wednesday, November 14 at 7 p.m. in the library.  All  parents are invited to attend.  

The Charger Running Club has practice this week on Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4.  

The Berlin Heights Christmas Bazaar is this Saturday, November 17 from 9am to 3pm here at the middle school. Admission is $1 and there will over 50 venders.  

The Turkey Trot Canned Food Drive starts day and runs through November 16.  Student Council members will be in the gym every morning to collect your non-perishable items.  All of the donated items will go to a local food bank.  Donate 2 items, participate in the trot and you get a chance to win a turkey.  Our goal is to collect 2000 items.  Please make this happen! 

The answer for today’s joke is that when you divide the circumference of a pumpkin by its diameter you get a pumpkin pi.
